All records sent in a 12" mailer (for 1-3 records) or large corrugated envelope/package/box (for 4 records or more) by Royal Mail (UK Post Office), unless special service requested.

NB I can use Parcel Force Worldwide for large international orders (5 records or more - see below).

Delivery time: UK & EU 3 – 5 days / ROW 5 -10 days.

Please Note: all prices quoted are for 2nd Class Deliveries (UK), as per the UK Post Office's March 2017 prices and standard AirMail for international orders. Each price includes a flat packaging rate of £1.00. Weight of packaging is added to quoted post cost.

12” Record weighs on average 250g
12” Packaging for 1-3 Records weighs about 100g
12” Packaging for 4-12 Records weighs about 250g (corrugated envelope)

Express24 service up to/including 2kg: £16.49 (6-7 x 12")
Express24 service up to/including 5kg: £17.48 (15 x 12")
Express24 service up to/including 10kg: £20.90 (30 x 12")
ExpressAM service up to/including 10kg: £25.91 (30 x 12")

NB:
Express 24 includes compensation up to £100 only.
ExpressAM includes compensation up to £200.

are required for some Countries eg USA, Japan, Australia, Norway, Switzerland etc.

LOST PARCELS
Parcels to the UK and EU Zone 1 seem to arrive ok with only the occasional loss, ROW a few more go missing. If you want me to send your package with an 'International Tracked & Signed' option, I can do this but it will cost an extra £5. Please send me a message to organise this.

NB: if record is sent by standard post I will not be responsible for lost parcels. When a record/s fail to arrive, I will be happy to make a claim on your behalf at the Post Office but will not refund payment until I have received the refund. Please note, getting a refund takes ages so expect a long wait if I am making a claim.

If your parcel is a ROW delivery, I recommend that you use the International Tracked & Signed Delivery Option, to guarantee delivery.
